Under The Skin Review

So I just saw Under The Skin and it was pretty fucking weird. A lot of shit that happened raised question that weren’t really answered, and some things didn’t make any sense at all. If you were hoping for a clear and linear sci-fi horror, this is not the movie for you. If, however, you were looking for a creepy, surreal trip of a freaking movie, than go see this. It’s very slow moving and at times I was a little bored, but it has an erie tone that never lets up and kind of makes you feel like you’re watching your own nightmare. Scarlett Johansson has a great performance, and really the only problem is that she isn’t the mother of my children. I can’t really say much more about it without simply going through scene by scene, and that’s something I don’t want to do because it would spoil the film. I’ll just say that if you like creepy surreal shit then go slap down eight bucks at any nearby theatre that’s playing it. (And then get thrown out because eight bucks isn’t enough money for a movie ticket).

Overall Rating; Creepy as fuuuuuuck/10
